2. Eligibility

3. No Guarantees
Trading foreign exchange, gold, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk. We make no guarantees of profit, funding success, or trading performance. 4. Personal Responsibility
All trading decisions you make are your own. You are solely responsible for any trades you place, accounts you open, and money you risk. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, recordings, PDFs, and content are the intellectual property of Trade With Saad. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, or leak any course content. Violations result in immediate removal from the programme without refund, and may result in legal action.
6. Community Conduct
Access to our private community requires respectful behaviour. Spamming, promoting other services, sharing signals for sale, or harassment will result in removal without refund.
7. Payments
All prices are listed at checkout. Payment is required in full before access is granted unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution are treated as a breach of these terms.
8. Service Changes
We may update course content, class schedules, or platform tools at any time to improve the programme. Live class timings may change with notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these terms, with no refund owed in cases of misconduct or content theft.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade With Saad shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of our educational content.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
